While sightseeing in Kitakyushu, I stayed at
Rihga Royal Hotel Kokura, where I'd like to introduce the lunch menu at Teppanyaki Naniwa♡

🔖Seasonal Lunch Course Luxe: ¥8,475

A perfect treat, featuring teppanyaki abalone, Japanese Black beef, and vegetables, followed by a sweet treat after the meal🫧

While enjoying two appetizers, baby leaves from Yamaguchi, and a vegetable salad with frilled ice cream from Wakamatsu, the chef grilled live abalone in the shell right before our eyes! The beef was still moving before being grilled, making it incredibly fresh. 🍽 We enjoyed it with a cream sauce made with Yamaguchi-grown "Nagato Yuzukichi" beef. 😋
It was delicious!

After that, they grilled Yamaguchi Wagyu San round meat on a hot plate. 🥩 The meat was seasoned with ponzu sauce and salt. ✨

Then, we moved to the cafe next door and enjoyed strawberry panna cotta. 🍓✨

I recommend this as a treat for lunch. ☺️
