1 day Kobe/ Arima onsen/ Rocko mountain

This plan can be traveled from Kyoto or Osaka.

So let's start from Kobe City (KOBE) as the starting point.

You can walk around Kobe Harbor first, then go to Arima Onsen.

10.00-10.40 Travel by train from Sannomiya Station or Shin-Kobe Station in Kobe. Take the train and get off at Tanigami Station (Shintetsu Arima-Sanda Line) and get off at Arima-guchi Station. Then change to the Arima Line and get off at Arima Onsen Station.

(You can also travel to Arima Onsen in other ways, such as by bus.)

When you arrive at Arima, walk 110 meters and you will find Shinsui Park.

10.45-11.00 Arima River Shinsui Park Shinsui Park is a park located along the Arima River.

After that, walk around the city (the city is not very big), find something to eat, stop by various shops, Arima Toy Museum.

After walking, come and soak in the hot spring. In places such as:
Kin No Yu
Kanpo No Yado Arima
Goshobo

The water of Arima City is reddish brown, called Kinsen, and contains iron and salt.
And it is clear, called Ginsen.

Or if it is not convenient You can also soak your feet in front of Kin-no-Yu for free.

16.05 ArimaOnsen station Ropeway is available at 10, 30, and 50 minutes (20 minutes/round). Last round at 17.10.

16.10-16.25 ArimaOnsen station Ropeway --> Rokko Sancho Station Ropeway (15 minutes)

16.25-16.30 From Rokko Sancho Station --> Walk 350 meters to Rokko Garden Terrace

16.30-17.00 Rokko Garden Terrace, one of the three most beautiful viewpoints in Japan, or known as The Million Dollar Night View

17.00-17.10 Take the Rokko Sanjo Bus --> Go to Rokko Sanjo Station

17.10-17.20 Take the Rokko Cable Car --> Rokko Cable Shita Station

17.20-17.40 Take Bus No. 16 from Rokko Cable Shita Station (8 stops) --> Go to Rokko Station

Then take the train from Rokko Station to Kobe City to continue sightseeing or return to Kyoto/Osaka
