Every good day starts with Blue Bottle. It is rare to have a shop in Kobe that opens at 8 o'clock so early, and it is located in Daimaru Department Store. The staff said that other shops open at 10 o'clock, and they have to come to work early in the morning.

The area where Blue Bottle is located is the old settlement in Kobe Port District. The space is tall and spacious. The style is the natural + light industrial style that Blue Bottle is good at, similar to the Kiyosumi Shirakuko store in Tokyo.

There were not many people in the morning, and it was very leisurely. I ordered a cup of latte art and a red bean sandwich. The quality was good and maintained the usual level of Blue Bottle.
