Kochi has clean water, so the eels raised in the clear streams are delicious 😋
I was thinking about eating something delicious on my second visit to Kochi, so I decided to have eel dishes!

Of the several eel specialty restaurants in Kochi City, I chose the new and popular "Unagi HASHIMOTO" ✨
You generally can't make a reservation if you're alone, but I called before visiting and luckily there was one seat available, so I was able to enter the restaurant 🙏
(There was a sign that said "Reservations only" that day 😲)

I ordered the Genpei-ju, which I had decided to eat.
I recommend trying half a kabayaki and a shirayaki at the same time 👍
It comes with eel salad and liver soup, so it's very satisfying ◎
The surface is crispy and fragrant, and the meat is soft and plump. The delicious taste was so elegant that it made my cheeks fall, and I was satisfied both in body and soul☺️

The staff were also friendly, and it is a recommended place for those who want to enjoy eel leisurely in a nice space🙋‍♂️

Basically, reservations are not accepted for 1-2 people, but if there are vacant seats 10 minutes before, they will reserve a seat for you.

In addition, it seems that reservations for lunch and dinner opening hours are only accepted, and reservations for 2 people or less are OK🆗
