“Klong Phlu Waterfall”, a refreshing nature trail on Koh Chang
For those who visit Koh Chang and want to take a break from the sandy beach and sea, try changing the atmosphere by taking a light walk in the forest, breathing in the natural air, and admiring the beauty of the waterfall in the middle of the forest at “Klong Phlu Waterfall”. This is one of the most worth-visiting natural attractions on the island.
The nature trail to the waterfall is about 500 meters long, walking into a shady forest full of tall trees, green ferns, and the sound of birds chirping mixed with the sound of gently flowing water, helping you feel relaxed and refreshed all the way. The air is cool even during the day, and there are places to stop, take photos, or enjoy the view along the way.
When you reach the waterfall, the sight in front of you is a tall waterfall flowing down through the rocks into the pool below. The color of the water is clean and beautiful. You can play in the water or sit on the edge of the rocks and dip your feet in the water, which is just as cool and refreshing. The atmosphere is quiet, surrounded by the sound of the waterfall and nature, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle.
Along the way in and out, there are also many natural photo spots, including unusual tree roots. The rough wooden walkway and the image of a large tree with light streaming down through it is beautiful without any decoration.
The entrance fee is only 40 baht for Thais (200 baht for foreigners), which is worth the experience.
