Pha Sawaan Viewpoint (Koh Pangan)

This is the starting point for the hike to the Bottle Beach Viewpoint. The walk up is not too difficult (everyone can do it). There is a resting area with some hammocks half way.

In my opinion the Bottle Beach Viewpoint is the most impressive viewpoint on Koh Phangnan. If you just have the time to visit one viewpoint during your stay on the island: This is the one you should pick!

From the viewpoint you can continue your hike to Bottle Beach itself, if you like. This path is a bit more challenging and will take you 30-40 minutes. Going to Bottle Beach is more easy, as it only goes down. The way coming back from Bottle Beach is a bit more exhausting as it goes up all the way. In theory you can take a Taxi from Bottle Beach back to the starting point, but I suggest you walk, as it's quite the nice path!
