Let's go hiking and see the Lighthouse on Koh Tao 🏝️🐢

Since we have been on Koh Tao for almost a month,
we tried to find activities to do.
Until we found out that Koh Tao has a lighthouse and a hiking trail.

So we contacted a local guide to take us on a tour.
The walking distance is about 2-3 hours, round trip.

The walking style is quite gradual, covered with shady trees. I recommend bringing a bottle of drinking water.

When we went, it was August, the beginning of the rainy season, so it was quite moist. The ground was still easy to walk on and not slippery.

Along the way, there were dogs to keep us company and play in the water, which was very fun.

When we arrived at the lighthouse, we climbed up to the top and saw the entire viewpoint of Ao Kluai Thuen. It was very beautiful and panoramic.

The highlight was when we were about to go down, we saw a green snake slithering on the stairs. We had to climb down the stairs and pass it. Because we were very afraid of snakes, we almost jumped off the stairs, but we survived.

It was a very memorable and exciting experience.
