Exceptional Service at a 5-Star Hotel

1. Reception & Check-in Our check-in experience was superb. A young gentleman at the reception (name escapes me) greeted us warmly, detailed everything and even guided us to our room. Inside, he clearly reviewed the room features once more. The bellman was equally friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt sincerely cared for from the beginning. 2. Room The room was immaculate and fully stocked with all the provisions you'd expect from a top-tier hotel. It boasted a cozy atmosphere with a gorgeous minimalist design, making our stay both comfy and chic. 3. Housekeeping Housekeeping service was excellent. Each evening, they thoughtfully delivered tea to the room and checked in to ensure our stay met our expectations. This personal touch greatly enhanced the overall experience. 4. Dining – Sexy Fish Restaurant We relished both breakfast and dinner at Sexy Fish, with service being consistently superb. The staff were professional yet personable, attentive yet never intrusive, making each meal enjoyable. Overall Impression Overall, the stay was marvelous, surpassing our expectations in nearly every way. The only drawback was during the initial booking stage. The reservations team seemed somewhat rigid, rendering the experience slightly uneasy at first. Nevertheless, any early frustration vanished upon arrival, due to the warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality from the staff in all service areas.
