Must go in this life! Santhiya Resort Phuket
Although I really want to write the title as "Honeymoon Choice"

Santhiya is really suitable for honeymoon, and of course it is also highly recommended for family trips like ours. I think as the largest hotel in Koh Yao Yai, although Santhiya's conditions cannot be said to be 100% satisfactory, but at this price, its scenery can surpass all service levels and conditions.

transportation

We came here from Phuket by speedboat. We made an appointment with the hotel in advance and bought tickets. When we arrived at the pier, there was a special speedboat provided by the hotel. It was generally convenient.

diet
The hotel itself is really big, with several restaurants. We have eaten in all of them. Personally, I feel that each restaurant is neither better nor worse than the others. They are a little more refined than roadside stalls, but the taste is not as good as restaurants or sala hotels with the same cooking level. The price is not cheap, and is even a little more expensive than a sala. However, it is understandable since they are on an outlying island.
The breakfast is served buffet style, with everything you need, including Western-style Benedict eggs, various pastries, Thai rice noodle porridge, curry, etc., and a wide variety of Chinese steamed buns. The scenery is really great! Having breakfast facing the sea makes me feel extremely relaxed!

stay
We booked a sea view room, mainly because it is by the sea and close to the infinity pool in the rest area. I really didn't plan to book a pool room. Our room has an unbeatable sea view. The interior is all wooden structure, very Thai style. The mattress is quite comfortable. The water quality is also a big problem, so a filtered shower head is a must!

The hotel offers yoga, Muay Thai and Thai dance classes. After taking yoga and Thai dance classes, there is also a free 30-minute kayak ride. All of these require advance reservations. Basically, you can just lie on the beach and get a massage to complete the two-day experience. I also held a work meeting at the beach hhhhh,

Most of the staff have a good sense of service. Their English level is worrying, and there are probably not many staff who can speak Chinese. However, this is not a big problem, at least relative to the price. As I said before, compared to the scenery, nothing else matters.
