🏨 Service That Stands Out – A Heartwarming Stay at Daiwa Roynet Koriyama

We stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Koriyama Station for a night after a long drive straight from Narita International Airport, and by the time we arrived, the whole family was exhausted. What stood out most during our short stay wasn’t just the hotel itself—but the exceptional service we received from one very special staff member.

There was a small hiccup during the check-in process, but Miss Hanh, the front desk receptionist, handled everything with such grace, patience, and warmth. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and her sincere efforts to accommodate our needs truly touched us. It wasn’t just professionalism—it was genuine kindness, and that made all the difference after a tiring day of travel. We later found out that she’s actually from Vietnam, and all I can say is: what a gem of a person and a valuable asset to the hotel. Keep smiling and doing what you do so well, Miss Hanh!

The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained, with the reception located on the 4th floor. There’s on-site parking, which was a huge convenience for us, priced reasonably at 1,000 yen per night.

Our room was clean, functional, and comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy and well-kept. For a quick overnight stay, it ticked all the boxes. But honestly, what left a lasting impression was the hospitality. It’s service like this that makes you remember a place—and want to return.
