The place in Kota Kinabalu that made me give up a day's itinerary
🏖️ I was纠结 for ages about which hotel to choose before coming to Kota Kinabalu. Everyone says the hotels here aren't as well-equipped as those in Sanya and aren't great value for money, so I didn't want to book anything too expensive this time, especially since our itinerary was packed. Unexpectedly, the Pacific丝绸 Hotel I randomly chose turned out to be a fantastic decision, offering incredible value for money. We had originally planned to spend just one day relaxing at the hotel, but ended up staying for two and a half days. It's perfect for families with kids.

■ Here's why I love this place:
✓ The hotel has its own small beach where you can go snorkeling. There are loads of 🐟 near the rocks, just like the ones I saw snorkeling at Mamutik Island. Bring some 🍞 to attract them all! The hotel provides 🦺 and towels for free.
