Staycation at Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort

Kuantan, located in the state of Pahang in Malaysia, is a popular destination for tourists seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday. We had a wonderful staycation there.

We booked a beachfront resort, Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort. Kuantan is known for its beautiful beaches, so why not stay at a beachfront resort? My family and I enjoyed the stunning views and relaxed by the beach.

The famous Teluk Cempedak is just next to the hotel. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as swimming, surfing, and beach volleyball. We like to take a stroll along the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Don't forget to visit the beautiful beachfront Starbucks.

Local attractions include Kuantan 188 Tower, where you can enjoy the panaromic view of the city and Kuantan River, and also the beautiful Sultan Ahmad Shah State Mosque. It is a must-visit for anyone interested in Islamic architecture. The mosque has a stunning design and is a peaceful place to visit. There are also other must visit attractions such as Dinosaur Encounter Park and Mini Zoo, and Chinese Taosim Temple.

Perhaps many might not know Kuantan is famous for its delicious local food, such as Nasi Dagang, Laksa, Satay and also Chinese cuisine. I had the best curry noodles ever in Kuantan! Make sure to try these dishes at local restaurants or food stalls.
