Underwater music at Four Seasons KL

My first ever Four Seasons experience was at Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur - literally a 3+ minutes walk from Suria KLCC Mall & Petronas Twin Towers. It was the soft opening at that time but it felt like a grand one. All the staffs either greet or smile whenever I walked past and it's such a good first impression! The hotel is also connected to a mall and adjacent to Suria KLCC which is super convenient for shopaholic like me.

Did you know this is the third tallest hotel in the world? Crazy!!

Check in was done at the sky lobby and was attended by a staff whose professionalism and the way he interacts with the me was truly remarkable. It was a fast and smooth check in as well.

I got upgraded to the Premier Park view room which had the amazing view of the park/fountain plus a glimpse of the KLCC Twin Towers. There were high tech features in the room which includes an automated heated bidet & iPad. I used the FS app to chat with concierge and the replies was fast. I also ordered room service and the presentation of the food was at the highest level of luxury.

Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in KL. Tons of food options to choose, from pastries to middle eastern food with the amazing panoramic view of the KLCC Park as you eat your breakfast.

The pool felt like I was at a resort - it even comes with underwater music which I felt was super relaxing when I back floated in the water. On that same level, it has a locker room fitted with sauna and steam rooms too. Of course the surrounding views features glimpse of the twin towers as well.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel I stayed in KL. Although there were some minor teething issues since it was a soft opening when I went, it was still the best out of all the hotels I travelled to in KL.
