My daughter and I were over at their latest restaurant at The Exchange TRX… the restaurant was of course modern minimalist but stylish like most Japanese restaurants are….

We indulged in: -
🍟Truffle Mayo Fries - shoestring fries with truffle mayo sauce which are really heavenly to taste…
🥓Beef Tataki - marinated & lightly seared beef fillet on a bed of salad accompanied with a citrus- soy dipping sauce!!!!
🥩Ultimate Wagyu with Black Truffle -a generous bowl with ample toppings of wagyu meat slices, onsen egg, edamame, pickles and a squeeze of truffle paste all on the naturally sweet Koshihikari Japanese short grain rice
🍣Aburi Salmon Rice Bowl with Mentaiko…. delicious large slab of salmon cooked to a medium-rare perfection, onsen egg, edamame, pickles and a squeeze of truffle paste all on the naturally sweet Koshihikari Japanese short grain rice smothered with mentaiko sauce!!

Overall, it was such a satisfyingly good experience and which is highly recommended to all of you who knows how to enjoy a good satisfying meal!!! And I would say the price is pretty reasonably for a premium kind of meal!!
