Moody vibes, modest bites at Monograph

Dropped by Monograph in KL’s Chinatown recently, drawn in by their lunch promo—soup, main, and a drink. I also added on a pistachio terrine for good measure.

The ambience was top-notch. I really liked the warm, moody wooden interior. As for the food, it tasted decent, but the ingredients in both the pasta and terrine didn’t quite justify the price tag. Without the promo, I might have walked away a little let down.

If you're curious about this classy spot but don’t want to splurge right away, the lunch set is a good place to start.
