🍲 Suki-Ya @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil – Affordable, Fresh, and Fuss-Free

Had a meal at Suki-Ya in Pavilion Bukit Jalil and it turned out to be a pretty decent hotpot experience. What stood out immediately was the pricing — very reasonable, especially considering it’s inside a big mall. Good value for what you get.
The ingredients were fresh across the board — thinly sliced meats, vegetables, tofu, and a simple but sufficient spread at the counter. Nothing particularly fancy or unique, but it all felt clean and well-prepped. Soup bases were mild, but that’s typical for Suki-Ya. The sauces at the DIY station helped to bring out more flavour.
It’s not a standout meal, but if you’re looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly hotpot with fresh ingredients and a comfortable setting, this spot does the job just fine. Would go again when I want something simple and satisfying.
