We recently stayed at Cititel Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, though slightly dated in design. Breakfast offered a decent variety of local and international dishes. For the price point, Cititel KL delivers good value and is a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers.
