Le Shrimp Noodle Bar, located on the fourth floor of Suria KLCC in Kuala Lumpur, is a Japanese restaurant specializing in shrimp broth ramen. While small, with only about 40 seats, the restaurant's design, inspired by Japan's Tsukiji Fish Market, creates a relaxed and comfortable dining atmosphere, instantly immersing you in a rich Japanese atmosphere.
I ordered the signature "Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen." The broth is a tantalizing orange-red color, infused with fresh shrimp, minced and seasoned with a variety of spices. The moment you sip, the sweetness of the shrimp and the layered flavors of the spices intertwine on your tongue, leaving you captivated.
The ramen is made with Chinese-style noodles, which are smooth and chewy, perfectly absorbing the broth, making every bite burst with rich flavor.
Another recommended dish is the chicken broth, slow-cooked for over eight hours using chicken bones, feet, and a whole chicken. The broth is rich and mellow, rich in collagen. Paired with crispy fried chicken nuggets, the broth is tender and tender on the inside. Enjoyed alongside the ramen, it's a complex and delicious experience.
Le Shrimp Noodle Bar cleverly blends the exquisite techniques of Japanese broth with the traditional craftsmanship of Chinese ramen. Whether it's the fresh shrimp broth or the rich chicken broth, the chef's meticulous attention to ingredients and flavors, combined with his creative ingenuity, is evident.
