Wet Deck

When we arrived the room was not ready yet so we were directed to wet deck. Initially wanted to just chill and drink until the room is ready. We ordered 2 special cocktails and because we were hungry, my friend asked me to go twin tower but I told him to stay then we ordered food.

But there's hiccups. Our order never came for more than 2 hours. Turned out to be never inputted in the system, we were too hungry and angry! Paid for the meal but never came, even the people in front of us were served first. They offered us discount for service recovery but we refused. Then in the end they just delivered new (but cold) food to our room.

At night, as an apology, they gave us free champagne. We ordered tit bits as we came not for freebies.
