【W Kuala Lumpur】Luxury Stay Overlooking the Petronas Towers

When it comes to Kuala Lumpur, W Hotel is the name, so here’s a report on W Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur is said to have the cheapest 5-star hotels in the world, yet W Kuala Lumpur charges over 30,000 yen per night (still affordable).
So, how does it really measure up?

【Room】
No Marriott Platinum upgrade due to full occupancy... tears
I stayed in a base room, but it was spacious enough.
I communicated by email in advance and even had birthday decorations arranged.

【Breakfast】
Despite only staying one night, since I arrived in the morning and as a substitute for an upgrade & early check-in, I was able to have breakfast on the day of arrival.
That was a nice surprise. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts both days and ended up only eating local food at night. Haha
The salad presentation was exciting, sometimes displayed like a garden, which you often see in Southeast Asian hotels.

【Pool】
From WET, you get a full view of the Petronas Twin Towers.
I chilled with a beer during the day and visited again at night for photos with the night view.
The beer here tastes exceptional.

【Location】
It’s about a 10-minute walk from Bukit Nanas station, but since Grab and Uber are cheap, I recommend using ride-sharing apps or taxis if you have large luggage.
However, be careful of heavy traffic during morning and evening rush hours...

W Kuala Lumpur is a must-stay spot when visiting Kuala Lumpur.
Be sure to experience the world of W along with the Petronas Twin Towers!
