Secret wild adventure in Kuching! An unexpected encounter with the Bako Rainforest and proboscis monkeys 🐒🌿

On the seventh day of my business trip, I discovered this pristine rainforest just 20 kilometers away! Woke up early to explore before my flight, and I was completely conquered by this green kingdom～

🚤 Thrilling transportation! Took a speedboat from the dock rushing into the rainforest. At first, I thought we took the wrong route until I saw the crocodile warning sign confirming we were on track (though I didn’t see any real crocodiles the whole time 😂)

🌳 Must-try experiences:
1️⃣ Proboscis Monkey Tracking
The local guide took 10 minutes to find these little guys at the treetops! Recommended to bring a telephoto lens, as these shy creatures love foraging deep in the rainforest.

2️⃣ Long-bearded Wild Boar Party
The most photogenic rainforest residents! Bring an apple to interact closely with them; their round, chubby appearance is super healing.

⚠️ Adventure tips:
- Wear non-slip shoes! Many paths require climbing over exposed tree roots.
- Remember to use a stick to clear the way and watch out for snakes in the trees.
- Prepare waterproof gear during the rainy season; rainforest weather changes quickly.

1️⃣ Mudflat Viewing Platform
The waters near the crocodile warning sign are often home to birds, with a background symphony of chirping insects.

2️⃣ Ancient Tree and Vine Area
Massive tangled trees with hanging vines create an instant “Indiana Jones” vibe in every shot.
