First, I ordered the horse meat set, which included draft beer, horse sashimi, and horse meat teppan. 👍️
The horse meat was surprisingly odorless, and the sweet soy sauce combined with it made it incredibly delicious. ✨

I also tried the horse liver, which was also delicious, odorless, and packed with umami!!
