[Kumamoto Tourism/Gourmet] Exquisite Yakitori

A very popular yakitori restaurant where you can enjoy yakitori made with "Higo no Umaka Akadori" (favourite red chicken from Higo), which is mostly only available in Kumamoto.

They use salt cooked in a pot from Tsujishima (Gowa-cho, Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture)✨

Even the salt is from Kumamoto Prefecture✨

In addition to red chicken, they also serve Kuro Satsuma chicken and Furushiro chicken from Kyushu, which are all delicious✨

The chicken is cooked to a slightly rare finish, making it my favourite restaurant💓

The basic style is to order a course meal, and if you don't have enough, you can order more.

This time, I had

・Appetizer・Two dishes

・8 skewers・Palate cleanser・Chicken soup

*Seared black Satsuma chicken ¥1300

*Kelp-cured black Satsuma chicken breast ¥700

*Aomori Barbary duck ¥570

*Tomato mozzarella ¥300



This was my second visit, but everything was so delicious that I wanted to come to Kumamoto just to come to this restaurant✨
