The central park lake in Kunming... Cuihu Park.

Cuihu Park in Kunming is divided into four sections by two cross-shaped embankments: the north-south Wan Embankment and the east-west Tang Embankment. The Wan Embankment was built during the Daoguang Emperor's reign in the Qing Dynasty, modeled after the Su Embankment of the West Lake, while the Tang Embankment was constructed during the Republic of China era. At the intersection of these two embankments lies Huxin Island, which features several Qing Dynasty buildings centered around the Beiyizheng Pavilion. The park is divided into five areas: east, west, south, north, and central, blending natural scenery with historical architecture. Major attractions include Golden Fish Island, Nine Dragon Pond, and Nine Bend Bridge, with gentle walking paths and scenic spots ideal for photography.
