If you're looking for a peaceful getaway rather than a bustling city, a trip to a small Japanese town might be just what you need. During my recent trip to Osaka, I spent a day in a small town to relax and recharge. Let me introduce you to my day trip itinerary to Kurashiki.

✔️ Kurashiki Day Trip Itinerary
Bukkakean Furuiichi for Kurashiki Udon → Exploring small shops → Ohara Museum of Art → Kurashiki Momoko → Strolling around the Bikan Historical Quarter → YAMAU Coffee Stand → Denim Street

⚠️ The boat ride experience in the Bikan Historical Quarter is a must-try in Kurashiki. However, if you don't arrive early in the morning, you might miss out as tickets sell out quickly! (I went around lunchtime and couldn't get on.) Note that online reservations are not available, and tickets can only be purchased on-site, so keep this in mind!
