A delicious discovery blending old and new, a cost-effective sushi restaurant in the bustling Kwun Tong area

This restaurant has several branches; this time we visited the new store in Yue Man Square, which is very clean and tidy inside.
There are many dinner set options here, including sushi, sashimi rice bowls, hot pots, and udon—everything you could want. Additionally, there are à la carte snacks, main dishes, sushi, sashimi, and more.
The sukiyaki broth is not overly sweet or greasy, the beef is tender, and the udon absorbs the broth perfectly, making it very tasty.
The three-color sashimi rice bowl is also very appealing, featuring tuna, salmon, and scallops. The colorful presentation already whets the appetite visually. The tuna is thick and flavorful, the salmon is soft and juicy, and the scallops are incredibly fresh and sweet, with a slight chewiness that lets you savor the seafood’s freshness in every bite.
