The Noodlemaker Takamatsu store is located in the Shijo store in Kyoto City. There are usually a lot of people queuing up, so I was lucky enough to go in directly. There are not many places in the store, so I ordered a chicken soup ramen and a signature tsukemen. The ramen itself has been soaked in kombu water, which absorbs the soup and makes it especially delicious. When it comes to the chicken broth, it goes well with the chicken broth, which is a good match. Halfway through the meal, the fish stock for dipping the noodles is added secretly. It's delicious!

The tsukemen are also delicious, and the noodles themselves come with a little bit of sand tea, which is quite special! His portion is huge. The store employees are very polite and friendly. The store is open until 11pm, so you can come and eat if you are hungry at night!
