A popular photo spot on social media! Garyu Corridor

A corridor shaped like a reclining dragon

The gently curving roof and staircase give the appearance of accordion-like curves.

The fresh autumn leaves paint the stairs a soft green...beautiful.

If you go up to the Kaisan-do Hall at the top, you can see the distant mountains and temple grounds.

This corridor was apparently built without a single nail.
It's amazing!
