A review of my trip to Kyoto and wearing a kimono at Kiyomizu Temple ❤️
I went at the end of November last year. The weather was really nice.
I didn’t book or plan to wear a kimono at all, but when I got there, I couldn’t resist. There were so many people dressed up! So I walked around looking for a rental shop nearby because usually, you have to book in advance to get a kimono 😆
At the shop, you can choose the color, pattern, everything. I matched yellow and red, and the photos turned out beautiful ✨
The hairstyle was done by the shop too. I didn’t take it off until I got to my hotel in Osaka, haha. Loved it so much 🥺
That’s about it overall. If anyone’s interested, try renting a kimono and take beautiful photos to post on social media!
