The Westin Miyako Hotel Kyoto MAYFAIR Strawberry Afternoon Tea

#Emotional Cafe

This is the Westin Miyako Hotel Kyoto located at the entrance of Nanzenji. The reception is on the 1st floor and the lounge is on the 2nd floor. It is a place where free shuttles for guests are operated.

It is convenient to travel from downtown Kyoto via Kyoto Station and Shijo Keihan Station. There are shuttle buses from many hotels at Hachijoguchi, so I used it when I stayed at ANA Crown and Tokyu Hotel, so I also knew about Westin~!!!

You are guided to the center seat where the signature decorated in the lobby of the hotel stands out, which looks like a structure with flying birds. (You must get confirmation from the hotel in advance that you will be given that seat.) Make a reservation during the Itkyu Time Sale period.

You will receive a 20% discount from the regular price.😎 4 kinds of savory dishes with mini fish burgers, 7 kinds of sweets including scones, and 2 kinds of assorted strawberries and cream fondue are added. The sweets here are perfect.

The creams provide stability, and the taste is consistent from cakes to macaroons. In Japan, Korean desserts are popular, so there are more and more places that mark macaroons as macaroons and serve them in large sizes.

The savory dishes are characterized by fish burgers and clam chowder soup, which adds richness, making them filling and well-composed. The sweetness of the two fresh strawberries is lower than that of Korean strawberries, but the fun of dipping them in cream puffs adds to the flavor.

Since you can move according to the shuttle schedule, it is perfect for time management. Since there are many people getting on and off the Kyoto city buses, there are frequent delays, and the 200 buses that go around tourist sites are full even when it rains.

Since the strawberry season is ending, you can use it at a reasonable off-season price, which saves money, and the taste is great, and you can sit comfortably on the direct line, so you can enjoy the triple benefit. Thank you.
