Hello!
I visited Japan for 3 nights and 4 days.
Here are some recommended places to visit and things to do in Kyoto.
Day 1 (Kyoto)
First, I arrived at Kansai Airport and took the Haruka to Kyoto Station.
I walked from Kyoto Station to the hotel to see the Kyoto scenery.
Gimpo Airport > Kansai Airport Terminal 2 > Kansai Airport Terminal 1 >
Kyoto Station > Hilton Garden Inn Hotel > Sobanomi Yamamura > Nishiki Market
> Herbs > Danton > Kyoha Matcha > Kashiwayacho River > Fushimi Inari Shrine > Yakitori > Lawson > Accommodation
Time required
7:20 ~ 11:10
(Approximately 13 hours)
Excluding airport and accommodation schedule
1. Sobanomi Yamamura
⭐️⭐️ (Google rating 4.3)
It's a soba restaurant 5 minutes away from my accommodation,
but I visited on a whim and the noodles seemed to have a lot of craftsmanship, but it wasn't my style.
Buckwheat soba, ebi soba, lemon sour, nama beer
(Sawarang beer is 5 stars)
2. Nishiki Market
⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you want to experience Japanese market culture, I recommend taking a course and just looking around. I ate pickled cucumbers 😭😭
(Try it for experience.)
3. Harves (Fujidaimaru Department Store 4th floor)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Google rating: 4.2)
Harves seems to be a high-end cake shop located in a department store.
First, you must order one fresh fruit cake.
You can probably order one drink per person.
The cake is very delicious and the staff is very friendly.
4. Danton (Fujidaimaru Department Store 2nd floor)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I bought a shirt from Danton, a famous trendy brand.
I think it was around 15,000 yen, and I got a tax refund so I bought it for about 130,000 won.
If you buy it as cream in Korea, it seems to be around 200,000-300,000 won.
Danton is a must-visit when traveling to Japan.
5. Kyo ha Matcha de Kimeru
⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Google rating: 4.5)
You can grind matcha finely and sprinkle it on top of milk ice cream,
and eat it with various toppings.
If you add a lot of things, it will be expensive, so just add red beans and honey.
And there is a pretty alley and river right next to the store, so I recommend you take a look around.
6. Fushimi Inari Shrine (open 24 hours)
⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Google rating: 4.6)
When you get off at Fushimi Inari Station, you can see this pretty scene.
In the photo, it looks like a pretty shrine with a fluttering background,
but I thought it would be prettier when I visited at night.
But it wasn't as good as I thought.
It's open 24 hours, so I think it's good to visit at least once.
If you visit Kyoto, it's good to see everything.
7. Yokohama Tenkadori - Karasuma Gojo
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Google rating: 3.9)
I visited because it was near my accommodation, and it was really delicious.
The downside is that there are a lot of Chinese people, so it's very noisy,
and for some reason, they don't ventilate.
The environment is so bad that it's hard to breathe.
I ate quickly and left right away.
(I don't know if the ventilation duct was broken or if they did it on purpose because they have feelings for foreigners)
8. Lawson & 7-Eleven
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (My rating: 5.0)
I bought Kitsune Udon and Salmon Mayo Gimbap at Lawson,
and Creme Brulee Ice Cream and Mongo Tanmen at 7-Eleven.
They're all so delicious.
I finished off with ramen, a piece of seaweed, and ice cream!!!
