We had a very pleasant experience staying at Ala Hotel Kyoto! We were so glad to snatch this deal in trip.com that after all the discounts such as flyer exclusive and 3-night discount, we paid about SGD 178 per night with tax included for a double room. The room was pretty spacious in Japanese standard and I like that there are skincare products provided in the room. The check-in time is 3 pm and the staff was very courteous and helpful in carrying our huge luggages and bringing us to our room. Do take note that extra taxes including hot spring tax and accommodation tax have to be paid at the hotel. The hotel is very close to Kyoto station 🚉 which is about 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended.
