I'm a Blue Bottle Coffee lover, and no matter where I go, I always stop by this shop.

Blue Bottle Coffee is an American coffee shop with several branches in Asia. There are four branches in Kyoto, but today I decided to visit the one near Nanzenji Temple. This branch has a building in front and back.

The front is a rock garden, and as you enter the first building, you'll find a souvenir shop selling cups, coffee, and much more. Then, head through to the back building. This building has a counter where you can order drinks and snacks, as well as simple meals like sandwiches and waffles.

Overall, I was very impressed with this branch. The design is beautiful, with a truly Japanese feel. If you're looking for a cafe in Kyoto, bookmark this one.
