Traveling around Kyushu with my parents

Self-driving is really a very convenient way to travel~~ Even if there are elders with you, it won’t be too hard!
This time I mainly traveled in Kitakyushu, and planned to visit Aso and Kurokawa Onsen, which I had always wanted to visit (especially Kurokawa Onsen, which really requires a car to be convenient)

After getting off the plane, I rented a car and went directly to Yufuin
Simply strolled around Yunotsubo Street and Kinrin Lake
At night, I stayed in a hot spring hotel, ate well, slept well, and recharged my energy~

After watching Kinrin Lake in the early morning, I set off for Kurokawa Onsen
You can buy a hot spring at Kurokawa Onsen, and you can choose 3 of the 27 hotels to take a bath! Remember to bring your own towel.

In addition, Kurokawa Onsen has a beautiful bamboo lantern festival every winter. If you happen to drive to Kyushu in winter, you can arrange to stay here for a night~~

Depart for Aso Volcano in the afternoon!
The scenery on Mt. Aso is really beautiful~ But the weather here is very changeable
The sun is out one second and it rains the next second
Kusa Senri plus Aso crater is about 3 hours just right
Check in at a hotel in Aso at night

Dream Forest Shrine-Kamiishiki Kumanoza Shrine
It is recommended to come early in the morning to get the misty dream feeling~
After visiting the shrine, go to Fukuoka Itoshima, and arrive at Itoshima around noon
Have a bowl of ramen and take a half-day tour of Itoshima
And drive to the other side for salt pudding😂

For lunch, I had a very unique Tofu Restaurant in Fukuoka, which is a century-old tofu specialty store! I felt refreshed after eating~
Walked to Miyajidake Shrine in the afternoon
Before returning to Taiwan, I must go to Ichiran to pay homage~~

Although it was only four days, I felt it was worth it to see my parents having fun
It’s super convenient to drive and not have to carry luggage around
