Komodo Island: An Encounter with the Dragons of the Sea

My latest solo travel destination was Labuan Bajo, an area close to Komodo Island. Labuan Bajo is located at the western tip of a large island, and from there, I took a boat to explore the surrounding Komodo Island, Padar Island, and went snorkeling in the sea. At the end of my trip, I took a five-hour one-way journey to the village of Waerebo. The area is popular with tourists from Europe and America, but the town still retains its Indonesian charm.
Solo travel is often perceived as lonely, but it offers the joy of meeting locals and other travelers, as well as time for self-reflection. However, when I look back, I always find that I have fewer photos of myself. Haha.
But that's just a sign that I was fully enjoying my travel time.
