Danum Valley - Borneo, Malaysia

The Danum Valley is one of the largest (428 square kilometers) and oldest (about 130 Ma) primary lowland dipterocarp forests in Borneo. Now it is a reserve with a high level of biological diversity and visiting the Danum Valley is the dream of most naturalists.

There are over 50 kilometers of jungle trails for visitors to see. One of the most recommended trails is the 2.6 kilometers View Point trail.

Danum Valley is an animal kingdom and 124 mammals, 72 reptiles, 56 amphibians and 37 fishes live happily under one big mass of forest.
