This mosque is said to have been built in 1634 AD. It is indeed of the most beautiful mosque with finest examples of Mughal architecture, a unique blend of calligraphy, geometrical shapes, Persian motifs and floral patterns lends an unhindered touch of grandiosity and opulence to the building. Located in the middle of a very crowded neighborhood, right inside the old walled city of Lahore.
