I am going to plan a trip back again soon because this is one of my favourite hotels in Langkawi. Each room has a butler assigned and s/he can assist with requests. There is a gong right at the entrance. So when you enter St Regis Langkawi for the first time, the staff will sound the gong to welcome you. Do remember to have your high tea at their lobby to enjoy an undisturbed and sumptuous afternoon tea. Probably, you might find it a splurge to stay at St Regis Langkawi. But just take a look at their photos, this hotel is too beautiful to give it a miss. It is also a beachfront resort but there are too many rocks at the beach. So it is not as pretty as the other beaches in Langkawi. They have an iconic durian sculpture at the pool and it is golden in colour, so you will see the light reflected on the durian sculpture in the day.
