Capella Sanya is the best (and most expensive) hotel on my Hainan trip! I even took a whole folder of photos. I loved drinking tea by the pool in front of the Thai restaurant, listening to the waves and the water.
Capella is in Lingshui, with a first-class beach and sea.

Private beaches are not allowed in Sanya, but they are in Lingshui. Capella is near Haitang Bay, with the same advantages as Sanya, but more private.

About 45 mins from Sanya Phoenix Airport and the train station, and about 15 mins from Sanya International Duty Free City. The hotel is on the quiet Shifu Bay, with lush gardens and views of the South China Sea.
