Canary Wharf, the city of glass

#JulyTravelSupport

Heading east from central London, a space that feels like a different city unfolds.
Canary Wharf, the former docklands district, has been reborn as a modern city where finance and art coexist.

Between the soaring glass buildings, well-maintained promenades and quiet waterways flow, creating a much more relaxed pace than downtown London. Around lunchtime, suit-clad office workers quietly sit on benches, enjoying the sunshine, and in the evening, the lights of riverside restaurants come on one by one.
