Jiangxi Longnan Nanwudang Mountain: A great travel guide.

Nanwudang Mountain is located in Wudang Town, Longnan City, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. It is a 4A-level scenic area with Danxia landforms. It is also called Wunü Baishou Mountain, which is known for its unique, beautiful, and dangerous scenery. The mountain range is composed of megaliths. The main activity is walking along the high-altitude plank road to enjoy the beautiful peaks and rocks. It is not related to Beiwudang Mountain.

Opening hours: 8:00 am–3:30 pm. Tickets: CNY 80. If you use the guesthouse owner's annual pass, you only need to pay CNY 40. The owner will also take you to the mountain entrance via a small path. The swing, glass bridge, and slide in the scenic area are charged separately.

If you drive, navigate to "Nanwudang Mountain." If you take the high-speed rail, get off at Longnan East Station, and take a ride-hailing car for CNY 60. It is 50 km and takes 1 hour. For accommodation, choose a homestay at the foot of the mountain. The cliff homestay on the mountain is average, but it is suitable for watching the sunrise and starry sky. There is only one travel route. It takes about 45 minutes from the foot of the mountain to the high-altitude plank road. After that, it is mostly flat roads and steps. It takes 3 hours to walk and play. If you want to play the games, reserve an extra hour. The best photo spots are Wunü Baishou, Tuntian Cave, and Yixiantian. The local delicacies include chicken soup, stir-fried duck, and Hakka yellow rice wine (a little sweet and greasy). Sun protection is not necessary.
