While walking around the Luang Prabang walking street, we stopped for lunch at Indigo Café. The shop is right on the corner. The atmosphere is great. Decorated in a Mediterranean style, clean white and blue, with green trees scattered around, giving a chill and relaxing feeling.
The menu I tried was beef noodles. The taste was very well-rounded. The beef was soft and tender, the soup was fragrant, delicious without having to add any more seasoning. And I didn't miss the drip coffee. They use Paksong beans from Laos themselves. The aroma is a bit floral. The taste is smooth and mellow, easy to drink. I was very impressed.
This is another shop that I would like to recommend. If anyone comes to visit Luang Prabang and wants to find a place to sit and relax and drink good coffee, Indigo Café is the answer.
