The county seat is 135 kilometers from downtown Sanmenxia. Hidden in Xihuling Village, Shuanglongwan Town of Lushi County, the Shuanglongwan Scenic Area is hailed as the "Little Jiuzhai" of the north, with an average summer temperature of 20°C! The scenic area is about 40 kilometers from Lushi County, covering a total area of approximately 50 square kilometers. It gets its name from the two peaks, Dalongtou (Big Dragon Head) and Xiaolongtou (Little Dragon Head), that stand tall here.
