I visited Quanoc Ngan, a seafood restaurant known for its value-for-money dining in Nha Trang. It's located in a slightly secluded alley, but it was easy to find.
The menu was varied, and the prices were definitely affordable. It was raining, and I visited alone. The first floor was crowded with Koreans and noisy, so I went up to the second floor.

I was alone, and ordering was easy. It was raining, I felt a bit lonely, and I was alone, so I put on some quiet music and waited. Then, the food started to arrive.

I ordered the highly acclaimed garlic scallops, seafood noodles, and grilled garlic shrimp.

The food was not hot and cooled quickly, which was disappointing. The noodles, while generous in portions, were not spicy enough. They were a bit dry.

After eating, I found out the kitchen was in the building next door, but instead of using an umbrella to deliver the food, it was delivered in the rain.

It wasn't anything special, but it was good value for money—getting three dishes for 10,000 won—but the taste was a bit disappointing.
