Ma On Shan Great Place ~ Baba Nyonya

The previous article introduced a large-scale decoration in the Skydome Plaza of Ma On Shan Suncity Group - "MOST-SWEET Seacation Christmas Departure". After checking in, we went to "Baba Nyonya" in the mall for dinner. This restaurant specializes in Malaysian cuisine, and all dinners are priced at HKD68 or less, including main course, rice and drinks. This time I ordered roast pork, taro chicken pot and pork chop fried noodles. All three main dishes were good. The roast pork was fresh and crispy, with the right amount of fat and lean meat. The taro chicken pot had plenty of ingredients, and was paired with green peppers, red peppers and okra, making it not monotonous. The pork chop fried noodles was a little spicy and very flavorful. At this price, the price-performance ratio is high.
