Macau Day Trip Guide, no turning back

Macau, a small city, if you're short on time, choosing a day trip is also a good option. If you don't want to take the same path back, then you can get this route. Enter from Gongbei and exit through Hengqin, and that's it.

In the morning, enter from Gongbei border, make sure to avoid the peak period before 9:30 am, so it won't be crowded, and the customs clearance will be more convenient. After entering, you can take the free 'fortune bus' to Grand Lisboa, where it's great for taking photos.

Then walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, one of Macau's iconic buildings. After taking photos and checking in, you can go to the nearby Love Lane and Macau Museum for a visit.

At noon, taste Macau's special cuisine at a restaurant near Grand Lisboa, authentic Portuguese egg tarts, beef brisket rice, pork chop buns, lemon tea, etc., all worth checking out, and the prices are not too expensive.

In the afternoon, walk to the Macau Tower to enjoy the night view of Macau. You can choose to dine at the restaurant on the Macau Tower or take a walk in the square below. Then take a bus to The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, where there are luxurious facilities like an artificial Venetian canal, the world's largest crystal chandelier, and the largest indoor public art installation.

In the evening, head to Coloane, where one of Macau's oldest markets, the Coloane Market, is located. You can buy various specialty goods, souvenirs, handicrafts, etc., and of course, some local special cuisine.

Finally, exit through Hengqin, casually find a five-star hotel in Taipa, take the free 'fortune bus' to the border gate, and the Macau day trip is over.
