Bamboo Flavor Residence | Turkish Cuisine Experience at Grand Lisboa Palace

The newly opened "Bamboo Flavor Residence" specializes in Southeast Asian and Turkish cuisine. Seeing many online recommendations for Turkish dishes 🇹🇷, I decided to give it a try! Initially, I was worried that the bread-heavy menu might be too filling, so I hesitated between the Turkish Trio Flatbread and Turkish Bread, eventually choosing just one. Turns out, I could have gone for both! The flatbread was light and airy, not heavy at all.

🍽️ Dining Experience:
The overall taste was good, but the portions were relatively small, leaving me slightly unsatisfied after the meal. Next time, I might mix in some Southeast Asian dishes for a more diverse experience! However, the dessert "Pistachio Mille-feuille with Ice Cream" was an absolute delight. The rich pistachio flavor combined with a crispy texture and the cold ice cream created a perfect blend of hot and cold sensations, making it the highlight of the meal.
