In Macau, day and night seem to be two cities. In the evening, as the lights came on, the Eiffel Tower dressed in colorful neon clothes shone on the Golden Avenue in Cotai, becoming the focus of attention. Walking to the Wynn Palace, the splendid architecture and the Golden Dragon Cable Car echo a luxurious fairy tale atmosphere, and you can't help but take a few more photos.
Viewed from above, the Lisboa Hotel looks like an indicator building in a future world, reflected on the glass rooftop, as if swimming between reality and illusion. But what really fascinates people is often the scenes of life hidden in the alleys - the colorful residential buildings, the southern European-style streets with green windows and white walls, everywhere with traces and smoke of time.
Walking into the alley behind the grounds in front of the Legislative Pavilion, the bustling food street is crowded with people. The calls for beef jerky, Portuguese tarts, pork chop buns, peanut candies, etc. come and go, which makes people dizzy. It doesn't have the glitz of a casino here, but it's the closest to Macau life.
If the night in Macau is a luxurious dream, then this dream has both neon and golden light, as well as humanity and fireworks. A journey, two kinds of enjoyment, are quietly blooming under the neon.
