Macau 🇲🇴 Londoners had their favorite extravagant meal ❤️💛💚

My favorite extravagant meal in Macau was at Beifang Ming Yuan. This restaurant is a traditional northern Chinese restaurant located at The Londoner Macau. We ordered so many delicious dishes, it felt like a Chinese New Year banquet. The food here is not only delicious, but also a bit extravagant in presentation. For example, we ordered candied haws, but it turned out to be a strawberry tree with a dry ice effect. It was a friend's child's birthday, and they specifically mentioned giving us a longevity peach. We thought it was just one, but it turned out to be a whole peach tree!!! Too cute~😍

Peking duck is a must-try~
Matthew said it was just as delicious as the authentic Peking duck he'd had before. I've never been to Beijing, but the duck here is incredible. The skin is crispy, the meat is juicy, and it's delicious whether eaten alone or wrapped in pancakes.

Another dish that really stood out was the roast lamb. I'm a little wary of lamb's pungent smell, but while the roast lamb here still had that smell, it wasn't overpowering at all, and the meat was incredibly tender. Even though I don't usually eat lamb, I devoured several pieces.

The other dishes were also quite delicious. I just ordered a lot, so I can't remember everything. (It's hard to do with two kids here.)

Finally, the price everyone's concerned about is… It's not cheap, but it's not outrageously expensive either. After all, it's in a Macau hotel restaurant, so the prices aren't as high as in the city, but they're not outrageous either. It's probably about the same as at a good restaurant in Taiwan. I can't remember the exact price, but our table was around NT$12,000.
