Must-visit restaurants in Macau - Gordon Ramsay

My brother's 15th birthday is coming up soon. I asked him where he wanted to celebrate, and he immediately said he wanted to go to Gordon Ramsay Restaurant at The Londoner Macao because he couldn't stop thinking about their Beef Wellington. This isn't our first visit to this restaurant. Every time we're in Macao, we always try their unforgettable Beef Wellington. While it's not cheap, I really can't get it in Hong Kong. Their fish and chips and desserts are also very famous. What I appreciate most is their service and the decor. Every visit is a memorable and satisfying experience.

The steak Wellington has a perfectly crispy and fluffy crust, filled with mushrooms, black truffle mushroom puree, mashed potatoes, onions, and more. Most importantly, the beef is cooked just right, leaving it perfectly tender. A red wine sauce enhances the flavor, and my child likes to have a side sauce.

🌟Fish and Chips
The beer-battered haddock is unforgettable, crispy on the outside and warm on the inside. The triple-fried fries are generously cut and spicy, making them incredibly filling. Paired with tartare sauce and mushy peas, they're a must-try.

🌟Toffee Pudding
A classic dessert, this French yogurt cream with vanilla ice cream offers a surprising combination of hot and cold options.

🌟Fettuccine with Duck Ragu
This homemade linguine is springy and topped with a fried duck egg and aged Parmesan cheese. The flavor is rich and smooth, and each bite is incredibly flavorful.

The restaurant also values every guest. When he learned his brother's birthday was coming up, he specially prepared an extra free dessert to celebrate with him, and the waiter even sang Happy Birthday to him! 🫶🏻
